About the BRF Scholarship
The BRF Scholarship aims to empower promising Kentucky students pursuing STEM careers. We understand the financial hurdles that can stand between talent and opportunity. That's why we're offering $2,000 scholarship award, split into two payments, to deserving incoming students with a GPA between 3.0 and 4.0, who demonstrate a genuine financial need. We believe in your potential, and we're here to help you turn your academic dreams into reality.
Eligibility Requirements
- Plan to enroll full-time in a technology, engineering, math, science, or computer science-related undergraduate study at an accredited two- or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school in the United States for the entire upcoming academic year.
- Have a minimum grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or its equivalent launched your organization.
- Be a resident of Kentucky.
Additional Criteria
As part of the application process, you will be asked to submit the following:
- One letter of recommendation
- Transcript (unofficial or official)
- 500-word essay on career and educational goals and objectives
